Forthworks is led by Joel Pickin, a Head of Engineering with around a decade of experience building software and solving complex problems. His professional experience includes architecting and personally building a data product during its first year, including the application, integrations and data pipelines.
He has also introduced AI into day-to-day engineering work, with review and safeguards around its use.
You work directly with Joel to understand the problem, decide what makes sense and put the solution into use. AI is one possible way to solve the problem.
